About Michelle Kasbach
Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Ballarat
Michelle Kasbach is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist based at the Ballarat Wellness Centre & Salt Rooms, providing gentle, effective treatments for adults, children, and families.
As a busy mum of two teenage boys, with a lively household that includes 16 chickens, 2 sheep, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, Michelle understands the demands of everyday life and the importance of maintaining balance and well-being.
Her journey into Chinese Medicine began after the birth of her children, when she faced food intolerances, behavioural challenges, and ongoing childhood illnesses that mainstream solutions didn’t fully resolve. This led her to explore natural and complementary therapies - and ultimately to complete a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) at Endeavour College in Melbourne.
Michelle combines her formal training with a deep understanding of how lifestyle, emotions, and physical health are connected. She offers a wide range of treatments, including:
Acupuncture for pain relief, stress, and emotional well-being
Chinese herbal formulas for internal balance and long-term health support
Cupping, Gua sha, and Tui Na Chinese massage for muscular tension and injury recovery
Qigong exercise therapy to restore energy and movement
