At my Ballarat clinic, I sometimes share Qigong Exercise Therapy links or movements with patients as a gentle, practical practice to support well being. It’s a medical Qigong style, think repetitive, healing-focused movement, not the flowing, performance driven forms of Tai Chi.
Qigong emphasizes intentional connection between mind and Qi (energy), using simple, calming motions to help reduce stress, boost energy, and support recovery.
How I Use It With Patients
I’m not a certified instructor and I don’t teach formal classes
Instead, I recommend or demonstrate select movements within your treatment when helpful

Personally, I practice Zhineng Qigong daily, it keeps me grounded, energetic, and connected
